Delete your Sharshor account

1. Open the Sharshor app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap “Delete account”.
4. Choose why you are leaving (optional comment) and confirm with “Delete my account”.

We wait 7 days before erasing the account, in case you change your mind. During those days your profile is hidden from other members (Discover, Likes, searches and your public profile). We email you the deletion date and a reminder the day before. If you sign in again before that date, the deletion is cancelled. If not, the account is erased.

Your profile (photo, name, age, profession, skills, description, location) and your conversations. If you turned on Radar, your CV and pipeline data are deleted too. The notification history is deleted after 30 days, identity verification sessions (Didit) after one month, and event registrations 12 months after the event. The details of each kind of data are in our Privacy page.

• For 12 months, an encrypted and irreversible fingerprint of your email address and of the Google or Apple account you signed up with (not the email itself), only to detect abuse such as re-creating a suspended account.
• If we suspended your account for breaking the rules, we keep your email address and the related reports so you cannot sign up again.
• The date of your deletion request and the reason you gave. The free-text comment is kept without your account identifier and without emails or phone numbers.
• Invoices and payment records kept by Stripe, Apple or Google follow their own retention rules. We do not store your card details.

Write to support@sharshor.com from the email you registered with, and ask us to delete your account. If you want your data erased without waiting the 7 days, say so in the message. More details in our Privacy page.
