Frequently asked questions
Who appears in the panel?
Only users who have turned on Radar in the app. If they turn it off, they stop appearing.
Can I see candidates' email or phone number?
No. You talk to them inside Sharshor and each person decides what to share.
Can I write to several people at once?
Yes, up to 25 per send. Each person gets the message in their own conversation and can reply or decline it.
How many candidates can I message?
Your organisation has 100 credits a month. Your first message to a candidate uses 1 credit, and follow-ups in that conversation are free. If the candidate replies or declines, you get the credit back. Unused credits don't roll over.
How much does it cost?
US$25.99 a month per organisation, paid with Stripe. It renews every month until you cancel it from the panel, and access ends at the end of the period already paid.
